THIS IS A VIDEO THAT I WROTE TO FIGURE OUT HOW MANY RPMs THE WIND TURBINE WILL SPIN FREELY WITH NO LOAD ON IT IN THE GIVEN WIND CONDITIONS IN A CERTAIN AREA. THAT WAY I WOULD KNOW WHAT VOLTAGES TO EXPECT IN THE AVERAGE WINDS OF THAT AREA. AND IF THE WINDS ARE LOWER FOR THAT AREA I COULD EITHER SHORTEN THE PROP FOR A LITTLE MORE RPMs. OR I COULD JUST ADD MORE MAGNETS, OR REWIRE THE OUTPUTS. ONE OTHER ADVANTAGE TO THIS PROGRAM IS IF I KNOW THE EVERY DAY AVERAGE WIND SPEED , I CAN DESIGN THE ALTERNATOR TO GIVE ME A DESIRED OUTPUT. TOGETHER WITH THE OTHER PROGRAM THAT IS PART 2, I CAN FIGURE OUT THE EXPECTED POWER OUT AND DETERMINE THE PROP SIZE AND THE RPMS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE, AND THE DESIRED WIRE SIZE. ALL THESE FACTORS ARE VERY IMPORTANT IN THE DESIGN OF A WIND TURBINE FOR YOUR AREA. THIS IS A GIFT TO YOU MY VIEWERS AND I HOPE YOU FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF IT.
